Once upon a time, I read a fantastic book.
Four years later (though the first book was written quite a while ago) those characters are finally living their own versions of happily ever after.
What can I say? I loved it.
The story begins in The Giver by Lois Lowry (which I'm sure I've done a previous post on) and continues in Gathering Blue, Messenger, before ending magnificently with Son. I absolutely loved how Lowry tied off all the loose ends so precisely and used just enough suspense and build up to keep the reader zoned in and fascinated. It is truly the work of a real master. Congrats to you, Lois Lowry.
I HIGHLY suggest this series and hope everyone enjoys it as much as I did.
